Dr. Karine Rashkovsky’s career as an award-winning entrepreneur, educator, and speaker spans nearly two decades. Complimenting her private-sector success is her long-standing impactful contributions in the academic, NFP, and public arenas. After a successful eight-figure exit from her first venture, Karine has dedicated herself to helping other leaders realize their potential through her signature holistic-executive coaching approach.

ORDER NOW

Karine’s new book, An Improbable Life: My Father’s Escape from Soviet Russia, is available now. The book is a valuable historical resource for anyone intrigued by culture and identity in the Soviet Union from the last days of Stalin to the Brezhnev era and the paradox and perils of being outcast—and possibly heroic—in that time and place. Beyond history, the book is a suspenseful nailbiter—stolen KGB typewriters and prison passports, rescuing the love of one’s life from solitary confinement in the notorious, inhumane Lubyanka prison, being part of both the Six-Day War (in the Red Army) and the Yom Kippur War (in the IDF) and so much more—the list of thriller-esque moments is long and spellbinding. Perhaps most importantly, An Improbable Life is timely; with the return of a totalitarian, tyrannical, imperialist Russia, this story is all too relevant to today’s struggles. Here is an improbable true story of what can indeed, be possible.

Pillar 1
Communication Excellence
You can walk the walk but can you talk the talk
Many people have the know-how (ex. expert computer scientists, brilliant engineers, fantastic accountants) and their skills, knowledge, and talents allow them to truly “walk the walk”… but in our competitive world that is not enough to get recognized, move ahead, and achieve success; indeed, being able to speak so people listen and affect change is what makes or breaks people’s personal and career aspirations. Karine’s coaching produces effective, persuasive, and successful communicators – at work and beyond. Note: one of Karine’s key areas of coaching expertise is successful medical school and graduate school applications and interviewing.

‘The single biggest problem in communication is the illusion that it has taken place.’ —  George Bernard Shaw

Pillar 2
Health & Wellness
Physical wellbeing and mental health are essential to success. After all, health is wealth, right? Many executives work around the clock and relegate body and mind to the “to do later” list (a list that may not ever get the attention it deserves). Karine has spent years building up research-backed plans, programs, and resources to provide clients with successful shortcuts and life-hacks to wellness. She makes it easier for you to have it all: success and health & wellness.

‘Mens sana in corpore sano’ — a healthy mind in a healthy body (Roman poet, Juvenal).
Benefit from personalized and curated delivery of cutting-edge longevity studies and science research that support significant evidence for particular regimens you need:
  • Anti-aging habits (ie. diet, sunlight, exercise, sleep, supplementation + more)
  • Anti-aging boosts and lifestyle changes (ie. oxygen therapy, red-light therapy + more)
  • Health testing and tracking for personalized, data-driven baseline identification and improvement opportunities (ie. genomics, pharmacogenetics, biological “age” clock, VO2 max, DEXA bodyscan + more)
  • Disease prevention and abatement: reducing inflammation, boosting immune system function, ‘What to insist your doctor tests you for that you may not know to ask’ (bloodwork, genetic screening + more)
  • Science-based regimens to look your best: curated science-backed products and protocols
  • Meal-plans, tracking, and what you eat vs. when you eat (ex. Leangains/IF, macros tracking, LCHF, Warrior Diet — choosing what’s right for you)
  • Hormone optimization (men and women)
  • Skin and hair: wellness and beauty (PRP, PCI percutaneous collagen induction therapy & MN, sun-damage reversal, etc.)
  • Muscle, tone, and strength improvement and maintenance (sport and exercise for longevity vs. performance)
  • Improving one’s golden ratio (research shows physical appearance affects career success)
Pillar 3
Establishing Meaning
Work with Karine to establish/re-establish your purpose and refresh your zest for meaning-making in your life – whether it be in career, academics, or personal. Figure out your superpower and gain your GPS for life. Receive guidance on achieving your ikigai 生き甲斐: life purpose, motivation, or finding joy through purpose. Your ikigai may change over time, so it is important to re-evaluate it from time to time and nurture the neuroplasticity required to get your goals met and experience flow.

“He who has a why to live for can bear almost any how.” ― Friedrich Nietzsche.
  • Work through exercises that nurture your neuroplasticity and foster permanent life changes
  • Learn about the power (and science) of discomfort and how to harness it to maximize well-being
  • Learn the science (theory and practice) behind successful habit-forming practices and receive guidance in establishing your own success-driven habits.
  • Foster a growth mindset and bolster productivity and goal achievement through neuroscience-backed strategies.
  • Identify your blind-spots and rewire your brain away from that which hasn’t served you well.
  • Understand existentialism (to be is to do) and the need for action as the lynchpin of happiness
  • Achieve psychological states of flow that lead to everyday tasks becoming exceptional
  • Improve global life satisfaction and positive psychological functioning
  • Attain a deep understanding of ikigai, flow state, and personal best
  • Be guided through valuable exercises that help you design and define personal perspective.
If it doesn't challenge you, it won't change you. Prepare to be challenged.

“I have had the pleasure of working with Karine for over eight years. Hands down, Karine has had the greatest impact on my career achievements and successes in life. As someone who has been fortunate enough to have numerous interviews with Ivy league university graduate programs – programs requiring numerous and rigorous interview stages – I felt a lot of credit was owed to Karine when I was accepted to many of these prestigious programs. Her enthusiasm as an advisor, her knowledge of human behaviour and psychology, and her attentiveness to detail while coaching me 1-1 make her mentorship so incredibly valuable.
